What you taste is our story!

We are in the business of homemade pizza nearly half a century. It all began in Canada, in the late '60s, in our traditional pizzeria. We returned to Filoti in 1983 and in 1987 we were ready and back in business. Our recipe is the same as then and nothing has changed - same flavors same ingredients. Years go by, but we still make the same legendary pizza that our Father did. The old people know what we are talking about. We prepare the dough overnight and while it "rests" we put the tomatoes for the sauce in the oven so they can give us all their summer sweetness and blend it with the strong taste of the different cheeses that we use. Your pizza is prepared and baked in our traditional oven by the minute you order it and it's served steamy and delicious.
